A peaceful separate annexe located by a lake at the end of a garden, fully double glazed, with underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen. You will enjoy the sound of nature and plenty of bird watching, sitting beside of a private lake of fishermen. You can walk around the lake. A spacious room contains a king size bed, a foldable table with chairs, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and a Smart TV. Spare mattress available for a child. There is a nice patio with views of the lake. A fully fitted modern kitchen, which includes oven, a Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine and utensils. The bathroom has got a shower with electric heating. Toys for young ones as well as a baby cot can be supplied for your little one. Enjoy the cozy warmth of our wood burner during winter stays! To get you started, we’ll leave some wood, kindling, and firelighters. While this initial supply is complimentary, please note that if you run out, you’ll be responsible for purchasing more. This setup ensures you can enjoy the ambiance from the moment you arrive, with the flexibility to use the burner as much as you wish. To make your stay as convenient as possible, we offer one private parking space for your use. Please note that the space can accommodate one car per booking, ensuring you have secure and exclusive parking during your visit. The other parking space on the driveway is reserved for guests staying in the main house which is located on the same plot. Guest access Guest access is usually available 24 hours a day, we will leave the keys in a secure area. The Garden Lake House is located at the end of a gravel pathway that goes right the way along the main house and garden to the back right by the lake. The garden beyond the annex is of sole use of the guests staying in the main house. Parking is available in the main parking area by the garage on the left as you arrive. Other things to note We welcome guests with babies No pets please The Garden Lake House is for guest use only, but it is at the end of a garden of a main house which is also available to rent on Airbnb. The garden lake house is quite well hidden, so you can enjoy some privacy. You may see the occasional airbnb guest accessing the lake if you are in the garden area.
