At our beachfront house, you can choose to have a relaxing holiday enjoying the beach a few steps away from the house and the local restaurants and shops. The lively town of Perea with a busy high street and promenade is a 5 minutes drive away while the city of Thessaloniki is half an hour away, and is also connected by boat during the summer months. Relax with family or friends in this calm, stylish seaside space that provides a variety of vacation options. The space Maisonette over two floors, only 40 metres away from a sandy and shallow blue flag beach with uninterrupted views of the sea and Thessaloniki from two front facing balconies. Short 20 min drive from Makedonia airport In total, the maisonette covers an area of 115 m2. On the first floor there is a spacious living space with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining & sitting area. On the second floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite shower room within one of the bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has twin beds that can be set up either as a double bed or two singles (on request). Note: The basement of the building is not part of the rental. It is self contained and independent and used exclusively by the owners. Any internal door leading to another area of the building remains permanently locked and does not form part of the lease. Guest access You have access to the whole maisonette. There is a smart TV set with access to Netflix, air conditioning units in every room, dolce gusto coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and private parking for up to 2 passenger cars. Guests have access to beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a bicycle (on request) for cycling along the 5 km flat (and mostly pedestrianised) road next to the beach. Other things to note Beachfront house is a part of a complex of 10 maisonettes. It is ideal for a group of friends or families with older children who are looking for a quiet location. Almost all houses are permanent residences of local families and the local rules of public order need to be obeyed. For the best experience of the area a car is recommended. You can walk along the beach to the quiet and picturesque village of Agia Triada or to the more lively village of Neoi Epivates (around 15 min walk either side of the house). Both villages have excellent restaurants, and cafes directly on the beach. You can also find bakeries and minimarkets in either village while larger supermarkets are a 5 min drive. The lively town of Perea with a busy high street and promenade is a 5 minute drive away. The centre of Thessaloniki where you can find some of the best restaurants and nightlife of Greece, as well as archaeological museums is a 35 minute drive. Thessaloniki is also connected to the port of Neoi Epivates by boat during the summer months. For some shopping, Mediterranean cosmos shopping centre is 20 min drive on the way to Thessaloniki. An excellent local vineyard is a 15 minutes drive away where you can taste local wines while soaking the beautiful views of the vineyard. You can combine the vineyard visit with a swim at the beautiful Potamos beach at Epanomi (30min drive). Last but not least, you can explore some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece in Halkidiki (around 60 minute drive). Please note that the house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests but the pricing varies with number of guests staying in the house. If there are less than 6 guests, there is a discount of 15 euros per person per night with a cap at 4 guests where no further discounts apply.
