There is private garden and parking at the rear The space Access through the front door leads to a small lobby where there are hangers for coats and umbrella's. This leads through a door to the lounge which has a comfy sofa and chairs there is an electric wood effect fire and tv. It is fully furnished with modern accessories and pictures all of which are for for sale through our shop in the village. Next to the lounge is a dining room with a retro Formica table and chairs. There is understairs storage with ironing board, hoover and high chair. At the rear of the property there is a fully fitted kitchen with Gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and washing machine plus all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a partial glass roof which gives lots of light. The combi boiler is mounted on the wall so is accessible to turn on or off (though the cottage is warm even in winter) There is an enclosed rear garden with summer house containing a patio set so you are able to sit out on summer evenings. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The front bedroom is large with a king sized bed, bedside tables, dressing table with hairdryer and plenty of storage with a built in wardrobe and separate free standing drawers. There is a travel cot and sheets in the wardrobe if required. The second rear bedroom has a single metal framed bed wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom has both a bath and large shower plus a supply of freshly laundered towels and soaps and shower gel. Guest access As guests you have full access to the property and garden.
