The upstairs has a family suite, with two queen size beds, and another small bedroom with a full bed. The space The Carriage Inn Harrison, formerly a bed and breakfast, has been renovated and reopened as a vacation rental. Flexible space allows for any variety of visitors, from couples looking for a romantic getaway to large reunions. The breathtaking property consists of three buildings on approximately 127 acres of woods complete with walking trails across the street from and overlooking Budd Lake. The buildings are available for rental individually or together. The grounds will be shared by all renters of the three buildings but are no longer open to the public. There is a firepit and miles of walking trails in the woods. All buildings are dog-friendly with additional pet deposit. The grounds are mostly fenced with a large parking area and gated entrance. Budd Lake has public access with boat put-in directly across the street. The Lake House is the second largest building between the Carriage House and Budd Lake (across the street from the Inn). The Fireplace Suite and hall bath can be locked off from the rest of the house for privacy when travelling with a group. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The largest room has two queen beds, a tv, and views of the lake. Another smaller room includes a full bed. Guest access This listing is for one of three houses on the property, the Lake House. Guests that rent the Lake House only will potentially share the property with other renters in the Carriage House and Owners Suite. However, the houses are rented by individual renters so no shared spaces within the Lake House.
