This listing is for only one guest. A guest will have a private room and a private bathroom in the house. Some guests like to book here to have Zoom meetings. Please understand we don't wear shoes inside. Slippers will be provided. I will try to accommodate guests’ needs. The furniture is from Pottery Barn. The bedding sets are washed and sanitized after each guest leaves. If you have a pet (<25lbs) staying more than 1 night, the fee will be separately charged after a booking is done. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to cook and eat at the dining table or use the backyard. During your stay I will be available to offer help. Guests can also send me a message. Other things to note The listing is located within 20 -25 minutes walking distance to UC Berkeley. Bus #36 will take about 5 minutes to DownTown or UC Berkeley. There is a popular 'Homemade Cafe' near by. If you have a car, the street parking is free. Bart stations are not really close (20 minutes walking distance from Ashby station or Downtown Berkeley station).
