Cozy little house on the ground floor with a chalet-style interior. It is located in the countryside in a very nice and quiet area. The setting is ideal for relaxing and practicing activities such as fishing, mountain biking, hiking, canoeing etc... Also close to all shops, (including the Cité Europe: restaurants, bowling, hypermarket...) the beach and a water park as well as Lake Ardres 25 minutes away. The space 43 m2 house completely refurbished, including an equipped and furnished kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave). A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people with TV + internet. Bathroom with sink, shower cabin and dryer. A bedroom with a bed for 2 people and a dressing room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire ground floor and a shared garden. Other things to note From the third guest, a surcharge of 10 euros is required for the second bed for the duration of the stay. The rental of the accommodation includes the provision of towels, bath towels and bed linens (for 2 guests) Everything is washed after guests check out. Cleaning is included in the rental but dishes are to be done before checkout. NB: there is a small dog in the adjoining accommodation.
