Charming villa 15 minutes to Stockholm, 15 seconds to the beach! Large garden with pool (ready June 2026), hammocks, apple trees, raspberry and currant bushes and flat lawns. From the patio view of the water, charcoal grill is available for the barbecue evening. 50 meters away is a public swimming area with sandy beach, jetty, boule court. Here you take lovely evening and morning swims! Rowboat and kayak available for tours in Stockholm's third largest lake. Nature reserve and archipelago are 30 min away. The space You will be staying in a cozy, period 1950 villa on two levels with balcony and patio. About 1000 m2 lush garden. The villa is renovated in 2019-2023 except for laundry room with walk-in shower which has 90s standard (but fully functional). Our pool is under construction and will be completed in early June 2026. We are also building new patios and redoing the lawn. Parts of the lawn may have some access restrictions if the grass has not had time to grow properly and we disclaim any problems with the pool, as it has only been running for about a month before the rental begins. If problems arise, we will do everything we can to fix them. Due to this disclaimer, we have relatively low rental prices in 2026. We ask that you kindly respect that this is a vibrant home for a family with young children and no hotel. This is reflected both in the standard of the house and how we wish you to treat it. Toilet Newly renovated smaller toilet with sink. Bedroom 4 (floor 1) 2-3 adults 80 cm sofa bed with 80 cm pull-out and a freestanding bed (80 cm). The sofa bed can be pulled out into a smaller double bed (Queen size, 160 cm). Laundry and shower Modern washing and drying machine. Older shower cabin. The room has 90s standard. UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1 (2 adults) 1 double bed 180 cm (king sixe) Bedroom 2 (1 adults/children) 1 single bed 80 cm. Crafts room for kids. Bedroom 3 (1 adults/children) 1 single bed 80 cm. Appletv and Playstation. This room can get quite warm in the summer as it is in the evening sun with two windows. Living room and balcony Sofa group and TV. Exit to the balcony with seating in the evening sun for 4-6 people. Library and balcony Armchairs and workspace. French balcony with some lake view. Toilet Newly renovated toilet with bathtub combined with shower. Fiber and Wi-Fi and smart lighting in all the rooms. Guest access The entire home except for some storage areas. The majority of the refrigerator, half the freezer and half the pantry are at the disposal of the guest, otherwise by the host. Other things to note Extra fee for boat and kayak: SEK 2000 deposit per unit. Use of more electricity than standard consumption (more than 100% of our standard consumption) is charged in retrospect. The swimming area does not belong to the house but shared with the other neighbors. It is located about 50 meters from the house without its own access from the house.
