White Sands is located in an upscale neighborhood on a very wide canal. The house is surrounded by lots of palm trees and tropical landscaping. There are 3 bedrooms, two of them are equipped with a king size bed, the third one has a queen size bed. Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the lanai and every bedroom features its own TV. The primary bathroom boasts a walk in shower, bath tub, dual sinks and large windows for natural light. The main bedroom along with its updated en-suite bathroom is located on the left side of the home, featuring a split floorplan with the other two bedrooms on the right side each having their own bathroom. The home features a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family. The galley kitchen as well as the dining room comprise the center of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise. Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. The home comes with bicycles (please use at your own risk). Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying morning coffees on the dock with amazing views down the canal. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings. • If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only. A standalone gas BBQ will be available for guest use. • For bookings made through Airbnb, you will receive an additional email from Vesteva Vacation Rentals.
