The space Welcome to our rental villa, where we offer only one booking per day to ensure your privacy and comfort. All of our rooms boast stunning ocean views, and our villa can accommodate up to seven guests in two bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends or two families. The second-floor bedroom features two semi-double beds and can accommodate up to three people with futon bedding on the small tatami floor, while the first-floor bedroom has two semi-double beds and two single beds, accommodating up to four people. You can soak in the observation bath on the second floor while enjoying the beautiful ocean view, and we provide the highest quality Imabari towels for your convenience. Relax on the second-floor deck in our comfortable hanging chairs, and prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic cooking appliances and seasonings. You can even bring your own ingredients and cook your own meals. We offer a Weber Pulse 1000 electric grill for rent free of charge, allowing you to enjoy a barbecue without the need for charcoal. After a day of swimming or stand-up paddleboarding at the beach, rinse off in the hot shower in our garden. For an additional fee, you can also enjoy our fully private barrel sauna located in the garden, with a view of Hakata Oshima Ohashi Bridge. The fee is 2,500 yen per person for three hours of private use, with a maximum of 15,000 yen. Unwind with your own home theater featuring a 110-inch screen and projector, or bring your own Fire TV Stick or Chromecast to enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and more on the big screen. Guest access You have access to all the rooms, except for the storage area and linen closet. Other things to note For the safety of small children, we kindly ask guests with little ones to be cautious when using the terrace as the fence is high and they may not be able to catch it, leading to a possible fall. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and on the premises. A fine of 50,000 yen will be charged for any violations. As we are located on a public street, we request that guests refrain from being nude in the garden, sauna, beach, or outside showers. Kindly wear a bathing suit at all times.
