Nestled within sprawling 10+ acres of fragrant coffee plantations and alongside the scenic river, Brookview Wayanad is a haven of modern comfort in untamed nature. The 2-bedroom villa, boasts outdoor balcony in each room, offering sweeping views of the lush coffee fields and the outdoor pool. The space Our 2 bedroom cottage is a 2 storied chalet with one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor(The rooms are not connected and have separate entrances. The access to the first floor bedroom is from the outside through stairs). Both the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are furnished with all the modern amenities including television, coffee maker and running hot water. Both bedrooms have balcony/outdoor deck with breathtaking view of the coffee plantation and swimming pool. Outdoor seatings are available in the balcony where guest can spend quality time absorbing the serene nature. The Swimming pool is exclusively available for "Brookview" guests (Our property has another villa, and this pool is shared). We kindly request our guests to please have appropriate swimwear when using the pool. Guests in the cottage has access to all common facilities including the Coffee hut, courtyard, indoor gaming area. Our property is alongside the "Kottur" river and guests can experience the melodious symphony of its gentle flow. Also, just a leisurely 1–2-minute stroll from our grounds is the captivating river rapid, offering the perfect backdrop for stunning clicks. In addition to this 2-bedroom cottage, within our property we have our 3 Bedroom villa. Guests can book the 3-bedroom villa or the combined 5 bedroom property (Entire property) through Airbnb - Refer to our additional listing under the same host. We offer Campfire and Barbeque grill facilities. Camp fire is charged at Rs. 800 ( We provide logs for active burning lighted for 1 hr, the burning continues typically for another hour or two) .
