Stunning views across the beautiful Brecon Beacons Waterfall Country in Pontneddfechan (with plenty of star gazing and occasional Northern Lights) - King Size Bed with Emma mattress and private ensuite. The 4 Waterfalls entrance is just a few minutes walk of the property. We offer free private parking and an EV Charger on site. Close to Pen Y Fan, Penderyn Whiskey Distillery, Zip World, Bike Park Wales, beaches and much more. We have a 2nd double room with bathroom also available. The space This spacious large bedroom has a King Size Bed with an ensuite bathroom and boasts gorgeous views across the Bannau Brycheiniog and tranquil surroundings. The house has numerous lounge areas, perfect for relaxing, watching TV, reading and playing board games. There is also a beautiful garden to enjoy on sunny days and a log burner for the colder, winter nights. Whatever the time of year or the weather, a wonderful experience awaits. Bedroom - King Size bed with en-suite bathroom including large shower. Shared spaces include the lounge with 60" surround sound TV, Conservatory and garden with stunning views, dining room, and kitchen with a kettle, toaster, Thermomix, and countertop microwave/convection oven which guests are welcome to use. Complementary private, off road parking for up to 4 cars, with an EV Charger on site and secure bike storage are available. Motorbikes can be accomodated and can be securely locked away behind a large gate, hidden from view. Guest access Someone is always at the property to greet you and on hand if you require any assistance. Guests can come and go as they please. Guest can access all areas including a spacious garden with spectacular views that cannot be found anywhere else in the world! Guests have access to the entire downstairs as well as their room and private bathroom. Shared spaces (with me and my dog) in the house include a large living room with TV, kitchen, dining room, conservatory, and our gorgeous garden. Complimentary tea and coffee is available in the kitchen (only plant milk is provided) You are welcome to use the facilities and there will be a drawer/shelf in the fridge for you to put your own food - we ask that you refrain from bringing raw animal products, but precooked will be allowed. There are 3 great pubs and bistros to choose from within 5 mins walk and as well as a number of takeaways offering delivery. I also offer a Vegan hearty, healthy breakfast and packed lunch option (extra) if required. During your stay I live at the property with my Springer Spaniel Leo. There are occasions when one of my 3 adult children are also staying at the property. I offer a range of healthy, nutritious plant-based food options - : Breakfast, Lunch/Packed Lunch and/or a 3 course evening meal at an extra cost. Please contact me for menu options and prices. Other things to note Please be aware that we have a friendly dog (a springer spaniel called Leo) who has full run of the house (excluding guest's private space). Tea and coffee is complimentary (only soy milk is provided.) Breakfast is available for an additional £7.50pp/per day and packed lunches can also be made available. Public transport is extremely limited. The nearest train stations are Aberdare and Neath. There are only two buses on a Sunday - 11am and 4pm - please check the timetable. There are a number of local taxi firms who can be pre-booked. We are a plant-based sanctuary, so we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing animal food products to cook. We can provide you with delicious plant-based alternatives or you are welcome to bring your own.
