We greet you with great delight to have comfortable stay at our house! The space Let me visualize the villa for you. - The entire villa is situated in an approx. 2000 sq. ft. area out of 7000 sq. ft. - There are a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms in the villa. The house is a ground-plus-terrace. - The spacious living room, kitchen, dining room and all 3 bedrooms are located on the ground level. The entire villa is brightly lit and cheerful with abundant sunlight. - 2 AC bedrooms with attached spacious bathrooms. 1 AC bedroom without an attached bathroom. - The living area, kitchen, and bedrooms are spacious for the comfort of the travelers. They would feel as they were at home while staying at the Om Mangalmurti residency. - The entire villa has a generator back up however ACs and geysers would not work. - It is equipped with gym accessories. We have a wonderful family who are the caretakers of our property and to make your stay memorable and comfortable by churning out delicious home-cooked meals or keeping the house impeccably spotless! Living Room - - The villa has a spacious living room on the entrance level with a sofa set. - The furniture in the living area is of a classical design in solid teakwood. - There is a TV where you can unwind over some TV shows, web series or movies. - There are books which can give you reading pleasure in a peaceful environment. - The dining area in the living area is ideal for 12 people. There is a solid wood dining table and chairs. From where you can enjoy nature's view. - We have Wi-Fi access in the living room and dining area. Because people were on vacation with their loved ones, the internet would not disturb them, hence, the Wi-Fi network is available in the living room and dining area only. - The living room does not have air conditioning.  Bedroom - All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with king-size beds and a dressing room. In each room, 3 people can easily accommodated, and for the 4th person, we can provide you mattresses. -There are three bathrooms in total, one near by the kitchen and two attached. 2 bathrooms are in western style and 1 in Indian style. - The bathrooms are well-lit, modern, well-designed and have hot water storage/instant geysers. - The bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. - There is a towel, soap, and shower available either in the bathroom or bedroom, or you can ask the caretaker to make it available Kitchen - The villa has a fully functional kitchen. - The villa has a kitchen with a cooking gas stove, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, crockery, etc. - The caretaker will serve you homemade food, and you will definitely appreciate and enjoy the taste of homemade food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per your order). - Also, guests can make tea or coffee on their own, for which there is no charge (tea, coffee, and sugar are available, but they need to arrange milk). - For the seafood, mutton, and chicken orders, please inform the caretaker well in advance to arrange raw materials. Chicken, mutton, and seafood are not readily available nearby. - You can also eat outside. You can reach out to host or the caretaker for the best food availability nearby. Exterior Premise - The villa has a quite spacious exterior premises and well maintained. There is enough space for children to play. - There are also basketball nets, badminton, cricket, and volleyball facilities available to play inside the premises. Terrace - Staircases, which are found in dining rooms, take you to a terrace where you get an wide view of nature. It offers an excellent evening sitting space. Guest access The whole villa is exclusively yours! Once you book our villa, you are the only ones who stay, and you have access to the whole house (except Devghar/God's room). Our caretaker and his family stay near our villa and are always willing to serve you. Other things to note - 10-12 guests can stay comfortably in the villa. The correct number of guests must be informed so arrangements can be made appropriately. - Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner's cost not included in the price. Guests need to pay for the caretaker to serve tasty food. - There are frequent power outages at Ganpatipule (mostly in the monsoon and sometimes on Monday for maintenance). We have a generator in the premises for emergency backup for lights and fans. There is voltage variation, and sometimes it may affect the AC and the hot water geyser. - Extra mattresses are available at the villa on advance request. - There is secure private parking space available within the compound. - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. - Please be safe and treat our place with care and concern! We respect good living culture. - There is an issue with network connectivity inside the villa. You will get better connectivity on the terrace and exterior premises for all mobile networks/carriers. - Kindly switch off all the lights, fans, AC, gym, fridge before leaving/checking out. - Kitchen sink A tap is connected to the property well. This water is safe to drink. - Music is allowed till 10.00 PM. - Pets are not allowed inside the villa. - Government-issued identity proofs are mandatory for all adults who are staying at the villa. The caretaker will merely take a snapshot and send the image to the host. You are asked to cooperate in this matter.
