Mimosa is a secluded, private villa and pool, with lovely outdoor seating areas, back and front, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The British owners have decorated it stylishly, and comfortably, as their own holiday home. It has a large kitchen, fully equipped to live there, and entertain, with lots of everything. No need to wash up after every meal! The house is light and airy, doors open from all rooms to the front and back terraces, so the flow is awesome. The space The house is one level, a traditional South African H shape, which means windows on three sides of the H legs, and on the cross - a double height beamed living room, 10m x 6m. The two bedrooms are identical in size at the back of the H legs, with a long wall of fitted robes in a dressing area leading to the large bathrooms, which have two basins, long bath and separate shower + bidets. The bedrooms have a back private terrace with French doors. They are cool and airy with ceiling fans. The very large kitchen has a stable door to the side, has built under oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, and AEG American fridge, all new since covid. It is full of pots, pans, glassware and white bistro china. White Company linens and towels, and lovely tall stemmed glassware. Equipped for comfortable living, cooking and dining. The bedrooms are at the rear, at either end of the living room, so there is complete privacy. Mimosa is walled, with electric walk in and drive in gates, garage storage, with full alarm system, as well as beams back and front. We have a property manager in the village, and a maid who cleans and changes beds weekly, or as needed, as well as our gardener who also washes down the outdoor paving and stoeps weekly. Guest access All is private and all is available to guests. Other things to note Unfortunately we don't take children under 14, though we do have a cot so a baby is welcome. Sadly, we have had a few disappointing experiences, and decided to keep Mimosa adult only.
