It's within walking distance to Fulton Pier, many restaurants and bars, and there’s a public boat launch right around the block. Only 2.9 miles from Rockport Beach and downtown shopping. Sleeps six - 2 beds (King and Queen) 1 Serta sleeper, 1 bath, cable, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, parking for car and boat, BBQ pit, fenced yard. Whether you’re here to relax, party, fish, or all of the above, come see us! The cottage has an open floor plan combining the living room, dining and kitchen areas. The living room area has a Serta sleeper, master bedroom has a king size bed and front bedroom has a Queen size bed. All linens and plenty of towels are provided. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat. There is a detached deck with views of Aransas Bay, chairs and table to enjoy the morning sunrise or sit and enjoy the cool breezes at night. The cottage is right next door to Sushi Luck and The Boiling Pot Restaurant is right behind us. It’s within walking distance to Fulton Pier, Lulus, Charlotte Plumbers, Cheryl’s, The Sugar Shack, Moondogs, Benchwarmers and the historic Fulton Mansion. There’s also a cute little souvenir shop called TG’s down the road or you can walk to Fulton Harbor to fish in Aransas Bay, look at the boats in Fulton Harbor, or just sit back and enjoy the views. You have the entire cottage, deck and yard to yourself. I give my guests space but am available when needed. We live on the street so if you have any questions or need assistance, we are available. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very beautiful. Bring your bikes and have fun riding around the neighborhood or just go for walks. Watch the sunrise from the deck and enjoy the birds and the breeze. The yard has some stickers on the side of the cottage. Please be careful if you have children that will be playing in the yard. Even though we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets at the cottage at this time, and you will be charged your deposit if you bring in a pet. Thank you for allowing us to host you!
