This gorgeous apartment is part of a small island in the middle of the world out there. We bought this old house with this small piece of land in the summer of 2021 to have a place for ourselves and our animals here on Lake Ammersee. At the same time, we want to share it with people who also love animals and who take care of themselves, their environment and our nature. The people who come to us are very happy to be vegetarians, at best vegan. The space As soon as you enter the apartment, it feels homely, because that's what attic apartments usually have in themselves. So, of course, it also has some roof slopes, but don't worry, every normal-sized person doesn't have to duck their head. The ceiling is made of natural wood, as is the case in Bavaria. Cozy. The kitchen has a wonderful walled dining area with a corner bench and otherwise has all the amenities that are so appreciated today. From the skylight, you can see the church tower of our small community. In addition, the apartment has a nice, small bedroom and here, too, you can look directly through a window directly and mostly into the beautiful Upper Bavarian white-blue sky. The double bed is 1.60 cm wide enough for people who can tolerate each other well. Then we have a spacious bathroom WITH bathtub, where you can of course also shower. Unfortunately, it has no daylight and the tiles are not from the latest collection :-), but oh well... as the Bavarian likes to say, if something cannot be changed so quickly... And then we come into the living room. There is a large stylish leather couch with matching armchair and another dining table, even if it is already in the kitchen. But when designing this apartment, we thought that guests would certainly like to enjoy the beautiful view, even while eating. And when you open the large window front sliding door, you are on the beautiful balcony with a dining area and a lounger for the sunny hours of life. This apartment is in the part of the house where we live. There is also another part, but it is just being created. By that I mean, you have to love animals, otherwise you won't really like it here, I suspect. So dogs, cats and chickens live with us with a rooster (but the one from the neighborhood crows louder!). And we are a family of three, i.e. relatively classic mom, dad and pubescent (well, our Lilly is 11 years old). Your animals are welcome here and do not cost extra, as is usually the case everywhere.
