Watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV (with Disney+, Prime Video, and more), then rack up for a round of pool—a guest favorite! With a collection of board games tucked beneath the TV, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Down the hall, you'll find three spacious bedrooms: one king, two queens, and an additional high-quality queen air mattress—ideal for families or groups. Each room is filled with natural light, but also has blackout curtains so you can sleep in and truly unwind. One room includes a desk for remote work or study, plus extra surfaces at the pool table and kitchen counter. Though this is a basement apartment, it’s fully private and completely locked off from the upstairs Airbnb unit. The only shared spaces are the laundry room and backyard. While generally quiet, you may occasionally hear soft footsteps above. The home is climate-controlled by a shared thermostat, but we’ve added fans, heaters, and extra blankets in every room so you can customize your comfort. Whether you're here to relax, connect, or explore, this space has everything you need to feel at home. Guest access You will have access to your patio with red concrete with patio furniture. You will have access to a shared backyard complete with various yard games including, cornhole (bags), glow in the dark bocce ball, can jam, and frisbee. You can relax in the shared hot tub, as well. There is a shared laundry room, allowing you to clean your clothes while you travel. You will have private access to your basement apartment with a private kitchen, living room, and pool table, private bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Other things to note We respectfully request you do not smoke inside the home. Your private patio is a great area for you to smoke. We have provided ash trays on exterior tables. Absolutely NO PETS allowed. A minimum of $250 additional cleaning fee will be enforced. Absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, including marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, cigars, anything inside the property. A minimum additional cleaning fee of $500 will be enforced. We do have exterior security cameras on the front and the back of the house on the outside. These are for liability reasons and the guests as well as the hosts safety. There are NOT any security cameras inside the property. We understand you may want to use the hot tub in the late evening, please be respectful of other guests in the upstairs, private unit and the neighborhood - do not bring out any portable speakers with you and please keep your voices to an inside level. No smoking and No Glass (including beer bottles - please use the plastic glasses provided) allowed in the hot tub.
