Pincher Creek Mountain View

This family-friendly home has a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains to the South and a peaceful front porch to enjoy your morning coffee. The home is well situated in Pincher Creek with access to Castle Provincial and Wildland Parks, Waterton, Crowsnest Pass, and many more. A Parks Canada Discovery Pass is available for guests to use during their stay. Inside the home, there is a kids corner with toys and games. A crib, playpen,bed rail,high chair, booster seat and toilet seats are available The space The house is our home during the winter months, so you can expect it to feel welcoming and comfortable. Our home is also smoke free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need and then some. Spices and basic condiments are available for guests to use, same with plastic wrap, foil, parchemin papers and sandwich bags and paper towel. If you happen to run out of any of those during your stay, it is your responsibility to buy yourself some more. You will just need to bring your own coffee, tea and food. Extra dining chairs are located in the master bedroom closet. The bathroom tub upstairs is equipped with a magnetic handle to help you in and out, find it tall cabinet The bedrooms are cozy with comfortable bedding and blackout blinds. Tower fans are located in each of the upstairs bedrooms. The house stays fairly cool if the windows and blinds are closed during the day. An AC unit is located in the livingroom. There is a living room on the main level with couches, a 40” tv and a spectacular view of the Rockies. Downstairs, another living room with a 55” tv and recliners offers a cool place to hangout after a day in the sun. One of the bedrooms and a full bath are located in the basement. The laundry is located downstairs,detergent and fabric softener are provided. A kids play area is also located on the lower level with a chalk board, colouring books, board cames, and some toys. A play pen with additional foam mattress for the night, bed rail, toddler toilet seat, high chair and 1 toddler booster seat are available in addition to the stationary crib. Play pen, crib, booster seat are located in the master’s bedroom closet. Railing located in the single/trundle bedroom and high chair is downstairs. (Understanding that the parents of the child are supervising him/her at all times and Please use with lots of caution) In the backyard, you will find two comfortable sitting areas with BBQ, Blackstone grill, and outdoor dining table and a kids plastic picnic table. The Front porch offers two rocking chairs to enjoy the view. (Chairs and bbq are tied up to deck because of wind). Often see wildlife on the property and in the field. Guest access The 4 bedrooms offer one king bed, one queen and four single beds. Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of storage rooms in the basement and some storage closets upstairs (2). These areas are secured with a lock. Please respect these barriers. We also ask that the furniture not to be moved around and be kept exactly where they are and no beds disassembled to fit extra non registered guests. These actions will end up damaging the floors and undeclared overnight guests will lead to cancellation without any refunds of your stay. Outside, the garage and shed are not accessible to guests but the rest of the property can be enjoyed. IMPORTANT NOTES:Use of the fireplace downstairs is totally prohibited under all circumstances. Also we have a retractable wind barrier shade installed on the back deck, it is not a toy so please use with care. Other things to note If it’s not too much to ask, please do not sleep on top of the comforters as it is more costly to replace if it gets stained. If you choose to use your own bedding, please remove the comforters. Please know that the kitchen is equipped with crock pot, rice cooker and portable air fryer (PLEASE KEEP UNPLUGGED WHEN NOT IN USE, risks of fire) also. Our new kitchen range is equipped with air fryer but we ask that you don’t use it as we have a portable one on the counter. Using the oven air fryer , may cost you extra cleaning if oven is too dirty. We ask that the tv’s are not unplugged to install a gaming device. Concerning Prime and Netflix, account are not to be signed out. Thanks for your understanding and co-operation. :-)
