Guest access ** There are separate ADUs (entrance marked ‘B’ and "D") attached to the main house, which are not available for guest use. ** The driveway is not available for guest use, but plenty of street parking is available. ** Pet fee - $79 per pet - We are pet friendly. Pet fee of $79 per pet will apply. ** BBQ Cleaning fee - $20 - Guests are responsible for providing charcoal and lighting materials. - Pls request BBQ and pay the fees in full at least 2 days prior to your arrival to ensure availability. Given the extended time required for cleaning, we’re unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. If an exception is truly necessary, pls reach out in advance to discuss availability and obtain approval from the host. Extra fee will apply. 3. 🛻Pls park your cars on the street properly, and don't block the walkway. 4. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS: (1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house. (2) Any parties, events, large group gathering, loud music or interference. (3) Unregistered guests. You will be asked to leave the house without a refund if there is a violation. 5. We are pet friendly. Pet fee will apply. We need your cooperation to make sure your pet is well behaved and potty trained to avoid claim for any damage or extra cleaning fee. 6. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house. 7. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay. 8.
