A place from which you can take full advantage of all that Brighton offers with a bus stop a minute away. A place from which you can enjoy the surrounding countryside or even a day trip to London. The space The Guest Suite is on two floors, comprising a downstairs space for dining, cooking, relaxing and an upstairs for the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage for clothes. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and a heated towel rail. All windows are triple glazed so warm in the winter and, when open in the summer, will provide whatever breeze is out there. Guest access The Guest Suite is self contained and therefore for sole use by our guests, with its own burglar alarm for additional safety. There is a private parking space directly outside the front door. Other things to note The space has wi-fi access and a smart TV. Tea and coffee provided with a Cafetiere for us coffee addicts.
