Apartment in Historic Village Home

Our home was built in the 1830's, and the apartment added in the 1950's. The apartment has a throwback feel. We are an easy walk to restaurants, Flynn's funeral home, the school, and churches. We are minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds. We are 1/2 an hour from the Saratoga race track, 45 minutes to Lake George, 10 minutes from Willard Mt, and an hour from great Vermont skiing! We have a full kitchen, guests say our beds are super comfy, and we have hi-speed cable and Internet! The space Bedroom- one queen size bed, and a closet. Room air conditioner. Iron and ironing board. Extra room- contains a twin roll-away bed and a reading chair. Bathroom- upstairs, shower , sink, toilet. Kitchen- Keurig and French press, fridge, stove, cooking and dining supplies, no dishwasher. “Great Room”- large family room with another twin rollaway bed, large TV, comfy couch, dining area, reading nook, bookshelves, closet, storage. Guest access The entire apartment and backyard. We may need to walk through your yard to mow, water plants, etc, so it’s not completely private.
