This stylish home is perfect for a relaxing weekender. WIth 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a outdoor entertaining area with built in BBQ and hot tub it is sure to make your trip. Just make sure you turn her on with plenty of time to heat up! There is also a Tesla EV Charger. Bed1: Queen bed, ensuite, built in robe Bed2: King bed OR two singles, built in robe Bed3: Queen bed, built in robe Bed4: Two king singles and a trundle The space Recently renovated, the property has not had any expense spared. Porcelain benchtops, Belling 4 section oven, and 70 inch TV all make up this luxury experience. Outside, there is a large undercover decked area with couch and table, as well as built in BBQ and sink. The hot tub only steps away is the perfect wind down spot after a long day of shopping. To operate the hot tub, ensure the water level is to the top and turn it on at least 12 hours before you want to hop in. Please book for the correct number of guests and let us know your bedding configuration as rooms are unlocked and beds are made up according to this information. Heating/Cooling: There is ducted evaporative cooling in living room (which also has a split system) and bedroom 2-4. Bedroom 1 has a split system. The split systems in the living area and bedroom 1 also heat these rooms. Panel heaters are available for other bedrooms. While there are ducted heating vents in the ceiling please note there is no ducted heating available. Guest access Guests will have full access to any booked rooms, unbooked bedrooms will be locked so make sure your guest numbers and requested configuration is correct. Guest will have full access to a guest bedroom, and the main bathroom which includes walk in shower, bath, vanity and european laundry. They will also have access to the whole backyard, the loungeroom and all common areas. There is unrestricted access to the kitchen appliances, and a huge double door fridge. Wine fans may be disappointed as the wine fridge is locked and not for guests (sorry!). There is ducted cooling, and split systems for heating and cooling. There is no ducted heating in bedrooms 2-4 and panel heaters are provided for these rooms. There is undercover parking for one car, with room behind for another car to park off the street. There is also free on-street parking available. There is a Tesla EV charger in the undercover area. To ensure our place is always looking it's best, we do have a gardener and a spa servicing person visit the property once per week. They will let themselves in the side gate and do not provide us with exact times and days. Please let us know if this is an issue during your stay. Late Check Out / Early Check In We understand that set check in (3pm) / check out (10am) times don't always work for our guests so we do offer early check in or late check out for $50. We just need a few days notice so we are able to schedule the cleaning of the property appropriately. Other things to note As we use the property with our toddler, there is easy access to baby supplies if requested (portacot, high chair, toys etc). We LOVE our local milk bar just a few doors down to grab any last minute supplies. It also acts as a bank and post office (handy!).
