This charming apartment is on the top floor with a balcony and pool views. It is in a residential area with a community pool, garden area, easy parking and very close to Arenal den Castell beach, less than 300 meters away You will find supermarkets on the corner of the residential area, a pharmacy right in front, restaurants around the area, leisure areas and the extensive beach within a 5-minute walk. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double with a 160 cm bed and another room with a 135 cm bed. Both rooms have closets. We have a 140x190 sofa bed. The new kitchen with a bar is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances for your use. We also have items for daily needs such as towels, sheets, hair dryer, iron, TV, wifi. If you are traveling with a baby, we can have a crib and highchair for babies as long as you request it beforehand. Guest access It is an apartment, ideal for families, couples or a small group of friends. It is located in a residential complex where you can use the pool and garden areas. The pool is divided into two spaces, one for adults of 200 square meters and the other for children of 36 square meters with 40cm depth. Just a 5-minute walk away is the extensive beach of Arenal d'en Castell, one of the most beautiful and largest in Menorca. At night you can enjoy romantic and entertaining dinners in one of the many restaurants or bars in the area. For nature lovers, a two-minute walk will take you to the "Camí de Cavalls", a 185km historic trail that goes around the island along the coast. Ideal way to discover its coves and cliffs.
