We welcome you to our charming old typical Portuguese village studio that has been fully renovated with love and taste. Pleasant, this is the perfect place for your vacation. 2 guests maximum. The space The little extras: a separate room shared with the 2 apartments serving as a laundry room with washing machine, mosquito net on all windows, reversible air conditioning. Large outdoor space. Games on site (ping pong, board games, molky...). Wi-Fi. Guest access The studio includes a bedroom + bathroom + toilet. A separate kitchen next to the bedroom (you have to leave the bedroom to enter the kitchen). The kitchen is reserved only for the studio and is equipped with a kitchenette and a dining area. In another room, there is a washing machine to share with the house's tenants, an ironing board and some games. Other things to note For the comfort of the tenants, linens and towels are provided. Possibility of free parking in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Excellent location: ideal for recharging your batteries while visiting the area. The washing machine is in the laundry room shared with the house. Nearby: the Douro Valley, discover the beauty and wonder of its landscapes. Located 2.5 hours from Porto , 3.5 hours from Lisbon, 2 hours from the Aveiro Sea. SMALL +: possibility of renting a house for 4 additional people if needed. The pool is shared between us OWNERS as well as the tenants of the 2 rental properties: "Charming village house da Casa Tia Elvira" and "Charming village studio da Casa Tia Elvira".
