Bright, spacious maisonette in Kemptown

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Two minutes from the sea front in a quiet part of Brighton, but less than 20 minutes to walk to the city centre. 18/8/25 - the garden cannot be used currently. This message has been stated in the guidebook for a number of months already but to make it clearer, temporarily added here. The space Maisonette over two floors with spacious lounge and dining room. There’s a kitchen too with access to a courtyard garden on the lower ground floor. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a super king bed. A large bathroom with walk in shower and bath and a separate WC. A fifth guest (child or teenager) could be accommodated on a single mattress either in the front bed room or office. Guest access Entire property. Currently access to the garden is not available as there is an issue with the stairs and I am waiting to have new ones to be installed. Other things to note This is my home rather than a holiday let and my neighbours are my friends and I intend to keep it that. Stating the obvious, there can be no parties and quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. I don’t accept booking requests from people who have no reviews. Thank you.
