Our recently renovated, stylish two bedroom 1850’s terraced cottage is located in central Brighton, a stone's throw from the beach, pier and the laines, in the vibrant and quirky area of Kemptown. The cottage is hidden away just off the main high street - the location couldn't be better! The space The cottage boasts two bedrooms, a modern dining area, a cozy living room area, a newly fitted kitchen, a stylish wetroom and an outdoor patio. Kitchen Small but well equipped, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two induction hobs, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities. Open-plan lounge/dining room Filled with light through the beautiful sash window in the morning, this modern and stylish lounge/dining area comes equipped with a 32 inch smart TV, gorgeous original pine shutters, a working log burner and a dining table and chairs to seat four people. Wetroom Cozy but stylish wetroom fitted with brass features. Complimentary shower gel and shampoo supplied. Master bedroom Stylish modern brand new king size bed with dressing table and hairdryer. Linens and towels supplied. Second bedroom Two brand new single beds with a small wardrobe. Linens and towels supplied. Patio A small patio area with table and seating for four, which gets the sun in the afternoon. Guest access Accessibility **If you arriving by car please drop us a message to arrange your parking** The entrance gate is quite narrow and is secured with a code which is needed when entering or exiting. The cottage has a steep and narrow 19th century staircase which leads upstairs to the two bedrooms. There is a handrail for support, but please be advised if you have young children, mobility difficulties or are unstable on your feet. Other things to note Because of the cottage’s location, you may hear noise from nearby pubs and restaurants around closing time up to 1am on weekdays and 2am on weekends. The back bedroom is the quieter of the two rooms, if you are easily disturbed I recommend bringing ear plugs. The Property does not have an oven or a washing machine (there is great laundret round the corner), please consider this before booking for a long stay. Please be considerate of our neighbours and don’t make too much noise after 11pm. As we don't live at the property we have a front doorbell with a camera. Strictly no parties. Guests need to be over 18 unless traveling with parents or guardians.
