Our wonderful home is situated off of Lemmon Ave. just 3 blocks from Highland Park! We are 5 minutes from West Village, and Knox/Henderson area and less than 9 minutes from Greenville Ave, Deep Ellum and Downtown. Or if you desire to just stay-in then our home is perfect for relaxation too! You can relax in our large party size HOT TUB or play foosball, giant jenga, giant connect4, beer pong etc! You won't find a more desirable, fun and convenient location! The space Welcome! You have discovered the best place to stay in Uptown, Dallas! We strive to provide relaxing stays and a phenomenal space for all reservation needs. Our property is perfect for: - Corporate stays (short or long term) - Collaborative workspace away from the office or home for companies and individuals - Space for companies or individuals to host meetings - Space for companies to host corporate events or retreats - Out of town visitors who want to be close to all Dallas has to offer - Locals who want a vacation away from home - Celebratory or Seasonal events Our property consists of four floors that have been maximized to provide ample space for all. Starting from the main floor- the kitchen, dining and living room flow together. As our guests walk into the living room they are greeted by 15 ft. ceilings accompanied by a modern open floor plan, foosball table and wet bar. The wet bar has LED lighting and a wine fridge! There is also a half-bath. for guests to use that is centrally located on the first floor to the left of the kitchen. There are two entry points located in the living room and dining room that lead to our gorgeous, landscaped yard and outdoor patio. Once outside, string lights and stone pathways lead to our 10-person Jacuzzi that is perfect for use during any season. During the summer, we like to turn off the heat and transform the Jacuzzi into the perfect mini pool! The yard is stocked with tons of fun games for our guests to enjoy with family, friends and co-workers! We have Corn Hole, a Dry-Erasable Beer Pong Table, Jumbo Connect 4, Jumbo Jenga, and ladder golf! Our patio also boasts a fire glass fire pit, at least ten outdoor stools for our guests to enjoy and a charcoal grill that is perfect for grilling! Returning inside and up to the second floor, our guests will find the master suite, laundry area, bathroom and the first of our three guest bedrooms. The master suite is a grand 23' x 18' making it a suite rather than a bedroom! It has its own private bathroom and a Juliet balcony overlooking the yard. Those who can't escape work will also appreciate the desk and leather swivel captains chair located next to the balcony access. Just down the hall, our first guest bedroom has soaring 20 ft. ceilings and built in bookcases. Sleeping accommodations include a bunk bed that holds a twin and full size mattress. This room has its own gaming /TV area with Bluetooth surround sound gaming chairs. Continuing on- the third floor is approximately six steps up from the second floor hallway. Our third floor is very versatile. It can be used as an open second living space or an open space guest room. Our two "One Touch" Serta Perfect Sleeper Sofas convert into two queen size beds and are positioned in an L shape in front of the fireplace. This guest room is equipped with a large-scale mini-fridge and a 60' smart TV. Finally, approximately eight steps up from the third floor; our guests are introduced to our fourth floor and third guest bedroom. This enormous 18' x 16' room has matching low profile leather queen size beds with dual adjustable backrests for custom comfort. Additionally, is has its own 60" Smart TV and glass desk with wireless printer and document shredder. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home and outdoor patio and yard ! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: this property is equipped with perimeter surveillance and a Ring System for the safety of our guests. The list below is strictly enforced to guarantee the happiness of both my guests and neighbors during your stay! -No Dj set ups outside or around the Jacuzzi -No Karaoke or microphones allowed outside -No red drinks inside on or near the furniture -No confetti inside or outside -Smoking is allowed outside only with doors to home closed! If any smells or traces of cigarettes or other substances are left we will charge a fee of $250 -Only the number of guests booked overnight are allowed at this property unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by me. -All events and large gatherings must be moved from outside to inside by 11 pm per Dallas City Ordinances! -Pet fee is $295 per 2 pets, more may require an additional fee -Cleaning of vomit, or any other bodily fluids will cost at least $100 I do have neighbors close by so please keep the noise and music to a respectable level out of consideration. Two cars can be parked in front of the private garage space facing the white fence and gate. All others are allowed to park on the street located beside the yard. There is also a gate entrance to the home on the aforementioned street. No parking in front of Neighbors garages, you will be towed! Please do not place your garbage in their trash cans! Ubering is by far the best way to get around.
