- Room is approx 15' x 8' and furnished (including large deep closet), faces the street which is quiet and a family neighborhood - Shared bathroom - Comes with A/C unit and heat - Laundry around the corner - Multiple grocery stores a few blocks away - 24h convenience around the corner - Drugstore about 10 minute walk - Walk to JMZ at Myrtle-Broadway and G at Myrtle-Willoughby - Ample street parking The space Wide space with dining table. Pots, pans and dish ware available to use. No parties and please leave common spaces as they were found. During your stay I will be away but my roommate will be managing the booking and check ins and help on anything needed. He is very friendly and helpful.
