Note - sink in bathroom only but is mains-fed so cold is water 100% safe to drink. A well-equipped kitchenette with single induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and fridge. Two tall stools and a work surface to serve and eat your meals - breakfast cereals, jam, bread etc provided or you might want to eat outside for a relaxing start to the day. If you want a work from home the breakfast bar works well or use the small table and comfy chair. Useful hanging rail for dresses, shirts etc. Comfy wooden double bed with 2 bedside cabinets (all John Lewis Calia range), John Lewis 2 seater sofa. The TV is on a swivel stand so you can watch it from bed or from the sofa. You choose. Beautiful bathroom with WC, designer sink and double shower. Heated towel rail and fluffy towels. You 100% privacy. Guest access Own entrance and your own outside patio / bistro-style table and chairs. We sit elsewhere in the garden but do use the patio outside of guesthouse to hang out laundry at times. Key in key-box or will be left in the door if we’re home (it’s a nice neighbourhood!) so either way you can let yourself in. Shared use of family garden and Weber gas barbecue both by prior arrangement. Other things to note Garden area and/ barbecue are only available with prior arrangement. Please just ask us first.
