Other things to note Ontario HST is 13% and is applied to all short-term accommodation providers. Airbnb charges you directly on short-term rentals that are not HST registered. Little Duckling Cabins is an HST registered business with Ontario and will directly charge HST on bookings instead of Airbnb. This will show on your invoice as an additional charge post-booking. Please note that Airbnb will NOT charge you HST on the booking amount. Airbnb only charges HST on their agency fee that you pay to them as their service to you. There are NO extra taxes.
