We do not offer garage parking. Guest access Your check-in is automated; you'll receive an access code before your arrival. Other things to note NOTE: The property is located in the quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful about noise at all times, especially between 10 pm - 8 am. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ, or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Violators will be charged a $1,000 fine. Your stay includes complimentary spa heating, and for added convenience, you have the option to request pool heating in advance or at any point during your stay. Please keep in mind that the pool heating takes approximately 24-36 hours (dependent on the outside temperature) to warm the pool to a comfortable 90°F and incurs an additional charge of $100 per day. The pet fee is $75/stay. If you are bringing more than 1 pet, there will be a separate charge of $50 per additional pet. There are 3 security cameras in the property: 1 located in the backyard pointing to the backyard, 1 located in the side yard pointing to the side of the house and 1 located in the front yard pointing to the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor installed in the backyard. It is required by City of Desert Hot Springs.
