Includes heating/cooling system, 80 liters hot water boiler, small fridge +freezer, electric oven, induction cook top, multifunction microwave,smartTv no netfix/aerial, dishwasher, washmachine. 17 minutes walk from Viale XX Settembre and 23 minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia, well connected by buses, this house is a good location to explore the beauties of Trieste. For curious/respectful travellers. No car parking. The space The apartment is a completely renovated "Casetta di Corte" with a private patio, completely available to guests, fully furnished and suitable for short and long-term stays. The accommodation is structured as a studio apartment with a kitchenette, with an induction surface (to be treated with care), oven, dishwasher with tablets included, small fridge with freezer. Everything you need for cooking at home is provided: pots of various sizes, plates, glasses, cutlery, bowls, cups for breakfast, kettle, De Longhi coffee machine with Nespresso capsules included, microwave, minipimer. At guests' disposal there is a washing machine with detergent, drying rack and ironing board with iron. However, there is the possibility of hanging out outside on the private patio. At the entrance there is a small office corner with an ergonomic chair for working on the computer and a living area with a sofa and smart TV. Sheets and towels are available (also as a spare), extra blankets, 2 pairs of pillows with different softnesses and bathroom essentials, including toilet paper. In the bathroom, there is a hairdryer. The apartment is heated with two Gree heat pumps that can quickly heat or cool the apartment, creating the ideal atmosphere in both winter and summer. There is no gas in the house. Hot water is also produced by an 80-liter electric boiler. There are three velux windows on the roof. It is recommended to check that the velux windows are closed every time you leave the house to avoid damage in case of bad weather. The court house is located two minutes walk from Piazza Perugino (flea market every Thursday morning) where there is the nearest supermarket, the bank, some bars and shops and 16 minutes walk from the center: Corso Italia o Viale Venti Settembre with its various shops and restaurants. There are also two theaters in the nearby: the Teatro La Contrada and the Teatro Sloveno. Unfortunately, the house does not have parking but it is possible to park for a fee at the Saba Ospedale Maggiore park which is a 9-minute walk from the house. Bus stops are near home: in Piazza Perugino, bus nr 5 will take you towads the city center and railwaystation. In Viale d'Annunzio, various bused also drive direction city center and railway statio. Guest access Casetta di Corte is at complete disposal of our guests and has free access to private patio with table and chairs just next to the house : ) Other things to note By choosing to stay at Casetta di Corte, I hope you can enjoy the tranquility of the accommodation while being in the city center and not far from places of interest such as Colle di San Giusto with its beautiful castle or the beautiful Cottur cycle/pedestrian path that leads from the San Giacomo neighborhood to the beautiful Val Rosandra. The only requirement I remind our guests is that, at the time of check in, a valid identification document will be requested for each guest: identity card or passport. The host must be informed if the name and surname of the person who books does not match that of the person who shows up at check-in (for example, in the case the trip is a present). Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. The tourist tax is included in the price and is three euros per night per person up to a maximum of 5 days.
