Welcoming 1-bedroom with en-suite and free parking

We’ve created a modern, hotel room-style bedroom for our guests. The room includes a comfortable double bed, a desk space to work, en-suite with new shower and full height wardrobe. It is a private room attached to house with a separate entrance. Please note we do not allow access to the rest of our house. The space The room is private and has an en-suite with shower and dressing area with built in wardrobe. It includes a large, modern home office space and super fast wifi for home working. There is also a small area for making tea/coffee, including a mini fridge, crockery and cutlery. Please note there are no cooking facilities in the room. You will have your own small courtyard space to sit out in should you wish too. We will not disturb you during your stay. Please note we do not allow access to the rest of our house. Guest access The room is downstairs and can be accessed via patio door to the rear of the property. Please note there are steps as you make your way to the room. Other things to note It’s a family home and we have a no smoking policy anywhere in and around the property. We would also appreciate noise being kept to a minimum after 8pm.
