Watch the most beautiful sunsets in the world from your private beach, or the deck, or the living room and even the kitchen. The space INSIDE Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room frame out those incredible lake views and bathe the space in natural light. When it’s too dark to enjoy the views, turn your attention to the living room’s SmartTV or just enjoy good old fashioned conversation around the gas fireplace. Start your day in the eat-in kitchen enjoying a delicious breakfast and incredible lake views. Only 4 chairs pictured but there's a bench to easily seat 6. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to create all your family favourites, with full-size appliances and plenty of counter space. Plus, the front porch houses a propane gas grill for easy meals. OUTSIDE Those incredible lake views continue outside on the covered patio where you can enjoy dazzling sunsets with a cold drink in the Muskoka chairs. If the evenings turn chilly, cozy up with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace. Whether you’re looking for your daily dose of vitamin D or prefer your fresh air with plenty of shade, the pretty yard has great spaces with both sun and shade. Private access, approx 80 stairs lead to a beautiful beaches providing fun day and night. On the way down to the beach, you’ll pass a sunset deck, another perfect spot to watch the day end. Down on the beach, splash in the gentle waves, explore the ever-changing sandbars or just soak up the sun during the day. At night, gather around the beach campfire at night with songs, s’mores and stories while you watch the stars come out. NOTE: Last year 2025 we had very little beach.. but it changes everyday depending on lake levels and what the lake pushes up. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. SLEEPING SPACES Premier offers a queen bed. And great spot to work if you have to. BR #2 also has a queen bed There is a new pullout couch in the living room that would work too. NOTE: Playpen/Highchair available upon request Other things to note All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections, may have outside front door camera) Max occupancy at all times is 4, violation will result in removal without refund. Max 1 Dog Allowed Parking is limited to 3 vehicles Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. Our Winter Weather Cancellation Policy is designed with your safety in mind. If winter conditions make travel unsafe or if there are road closures preventing you from reaching the cottage, you have flexible options: ❄ Delay Your Arrival – If the cottage is available, you can shift your stay by a day or two. ❄ Reschedule – Move your booking to a future date that works for you. ❄ Full Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can cancel for a full refund.
