Summerlin shopping center less than 3 miles away, the strip is less than 10 miles away, many great dining areas that are family friendly, and great bars nearby as well. This is a very quiet neighborhood so don't expect to throw parties as security will come by. The neighborhood has 24/7 security patrol which is comforting to know. The space Walking into the home you'll notice right away there is much space to sit back and relax. Very open floor plan from top to bottom. Backyard is perfect for entertaining, and barbecuing. Pool is serviced weekly. Large open floor master bedroom with a walk in closet, and large bathroom. 2 additional bedrooms on opposite side of master with a bathroom in the middle for easy access to the 2 rooms upstairs. One additional bedroom (sofa bed) and bathroom is located in the downstairs near the living room. Other things to note Please note: This is not a home for a weekend of partying. Surveillance will be on monitoring from the outside of the home to assure individuals who booked are the only individuals staying in the home. If there are any special requests that would like to be granted make sure to ask prior to booking to avoid any issues, including tailoring a more manageable time frame of stay.
