Newly Renovated Lower Level Unit Near Airport

Enjoy the stylized atmosphere of this lower level unit accommodation within ten minutes of the airport. The TTC (Bus) stop is steps from your door with downtown Toronto merely 20-40 minutes away. Perfectly situated ten minutes from the majority of the major highways, shopping (Sherway Mall), restaurants, and various parks you’re sure to enjoy the convenience of visiting this quiet neighbourhood. The space Parking A personal parking spot is available right in front of the house. Living Room A spacious, bright and cozy place to enjoy a large 55" TV with a fire stick that has access to apps such as Netflix, Crave, Prime Video, Hulu, etc. An existing or easily created login name is required to access the majority of these apps. We have replaced our blue futon couch in the previous pictures with a larger more comfortable dark grey sectional (Shown in the photos) that easily opens into a bed which measures between the sizes of a queen and full bed sizes. This sectional once open will create additional space to sleep two (2) people comfortably. In addition, there is storage under the couch where a soft 2” foam mattress topper for additional comfort and queen size bed sheets, pillows and a comforter can be found. Dining Room A nice open and bright space with seating for six (6) people. The table can be changed to a four (4) person table to create more space. Kitchen Fully equipped with everything that you'll need. Has various types of cups for your enjoyment (Water Glasses, Wine Glasses, Martini Glasses, Beer Glasses, Shot Glasses, Espresso Cups and Coffee Mugs. This kitchen comes equipped with a Nespresso machine and enough coffee for two (2) guests to enjoy two cups per day. In addition there is a variety of teas to select from for those who don’t prefer coffee. Bathroom This cozy and bright bathroom has a full-sized bathtub equipped with a dispensing system for conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. The bathroom is accompanied with the essentials needed (Soap foam dispenser, Three different-sized towels, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Blowdryer, Q-Tips, etc.) Bedroom This large comfy bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and various fluffy pillows to create the perfect night's sleep. This room is equipped with a TV that can be enjoyed right from your bed. It is installed with a fire stick that has access to apps such as Netflix, Crave, Prime Video, Hulu, etc. An existing or easily created login name is required to access the majority of these apps. The large built-in closet has various drawers, storage, and hanging space with many hangers for all your clothes and other miscellaneous items. It is equipped with two (2) comfy black robes for your enjoyment. This closet on one side is installed with a large LG washer machine and an LG dryer along with all the required items (Laundry Detergent, Bleach, Dryer Sheets, Iron, and Ironing Board) to use to wash and dry your clothes during your entire stay. Lastly, this room comes with two (2) phone chargers, various small and large mirrors to plan your outfits, and a small quiet dedicated working space with a computer screen to plug in your laptop to complete your work. Babies Baby items can be made available for use such as a crib, pack and play, camera, etc. as long as we are notified in advance of the booking of the request. Guest access Indoor The guests will have access to all areas in the lower level unit except for access to three (3) doors: 1) Door to Storage Closet - Located behind the kitchen 2) Door to the Furnace Room - Located across from the fridge 3) Door to the Upstairs Unit - Located across from the bathroom Outdoor The guests will have access to the side yard exclusively. This is the outside area to the right side of the property when facing the front of the house on the same side of the lower level unit entrance. The backyard will not be available for use by the guests unless stated by the owner. Other things to note We have small children that may cause some noise at times. They do go to bed between 7 pm - 9 pm. Registration Details STR-2210-GXDKVH
