In this option, the rental is ideal for a holiday with 1 family of 4 or 1 couple. In the middle of the vineyards, on the hillside of the picturesque village of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, the rental covers a beautiful renovated bastide with a maximum of 4 beds (for 2 adults maximum and 2 children). The house and pool are totally privatized for rent. The 115 m² of the rental are distributed as follows: * 23 m² open kitchen * 55 m² living room * 2 sleeping areas: ** the 2 bedrooms are in a row on the 2nd floor. separate 6 m² bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Bedroom 1 is 16 m² with a 180 x 200 bed. It has its TV and small terrace overlooking Ventoux and Luberon. Bedroom 2 is almost 9 m². It has a bed that is 80 x 200 or 1 bed that is 160 x 200. Kitchen is Fully stocked. There is a dining or aperitif area for 6 people on the central island, a large 90 cm wide fridge with 2 freezer drawers, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle... Suspended terrace of 18 m² in front of the kitchen overlooking Ventoux and Luberon with tables and chairs. On 4000 m2 of land, the place is conducive to holidays. The pool is 10 meters long and 4.3 meters wide. There is a 5 m² beach area with 25 cm of water and the rest of the pool is flat bottomed, height 1.50 m or 1.35 m of water. Guest access The house is privatized during your stay so you can have a good vacation. Other things to note The house cannot accommodate more than 2 adults and 2 children. The inside of the house is non-smoking but many ashtrays are available outside. The house will have to be left clean, as you found it. You can also take an exit cleaning package of 190 euros. Even with the cleaning package, the kitchen and barbecue will need to be cleaned with the fridge, oven, microwave, coffee makers cleaned. The dishwasher should be emptied and the dishes clean and tidy.
