You'll feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. All bedrooms are complete with beds, all with brand new linens, new memory foam mattresses and room darkening shades. This home can accommodate up to 6 guests. Main bedroom - 1 queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed Bedroom 3 - 1 twin bed Living room - 1 queen sleeper sofa Guest access Full access to the upper unit of the house. BASEMENT not included. The property features stairs, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues or young children without supervision. Other things to note Please review our House Rules. Private parking on driveway. Starter Basic toiletries - Soap, Toilet paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash(sufficient so that you don’t need to go shopping on your first night) For guests without prior reviews or recommendations, we require a refundable deposit of at least $200 or 20% of the total booking price. The security deposit may be retained for the following:  > Additional cleaning  > Damages or missing items >  Unauthorized late check-out For guests travelling with pets, please note there is an additional pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. We only accept dogs. You will receive a resolution request for the security deposit, which MUST be settled prior to check-in. It will be refunded 24 hours after check-out time.
