This bright and sunny apartment overlooks Piva Lake, crystal clear lake and majestic mountains (just from your bedroom!). The apartment is centrally located, few minutes from the bus stop, shops and cafes. Newly renovated with love to make your stay memorable! The space A bright, spacious and sparkling clean apartment with a balcony that opens up with jaw-dropping postcard-like views of the lake with its blue waters and being surrounded with majestic mountains. King-size and 2 single beds, washing & drying machine, and WiFi complements the beauty of the place with modern comfort which could be so much needed after busy days exploring Montenegro. Fully-equipped kitchen with a lot of appliances, kitchenware and tableware, dining area and an extra single sleeping place (sofa) would add more comfort while staying in our home. Bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, just bring some detergent (hopefully it will not be a problem 😉). Guest access Our house is located in the center of the town. Walkway and entry to the house are well-lit. Private entrance to the house and the apartment. Other things to note Check-in time between 3pm and 10pm, check-out is before 11am. If you need to have early check-in or late check-out, please tell us about it as we might be able to accommodate for your needs for an extra fee (although we cannot guarantee that in advance). In case of Greet & Meet after 10pm there will be an extra charge of 15€, otherwise you can use self check-in option:) While staying, if you need any recommendation regarding places to eat, to visit or spend your free time, we would gladly tell you. We can also help with certain arrangements like tours and transfers. Few other things to note: 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (penalty for smoking inside 200€), yet you can have your cigarette outside the building or on the balcony. 2. Sewage system in Montenegro is quite delicate and cannot cope with wet wipes, nappies, tampons (it might simply not digest it:). Also, after using the toilet, please flush generously. Tourist (sojourn) tax will be paid by private accommodation for your registration, for that you will have to provide your passport data on the check-in date. For long-term stays (longer than a month) there is a mandatory weekly cleaning service 🧹
