Ca' del Portico

A space of other times located in the heart of an ancient village where time seems to have stopped. "Ca' del Portico" is the ideal place to relax and detoxify from the hectic pace of daily life, away from the chaos but close to lakes and mountains that offer a variety of ideas for excursions and trips. We recommend mountain walks and swimming in our Lake Ceresio, better known as "Lake Lugano": a true and authentic return to ancestral contact with the surrounding nature! The space Historic house built in 1929, spread over two floors in the old village of Loggio. Easily accessible and a few kilometers from the main attractions of Valsolda and the surrounding places (the city of Lugano is only 8 km away). The accommodation is strategically located in a strip of land that separates Lake Lugano from Lake Como, from here you can easily reach Porlezza (8km). A car is recommended, as public transportation is not always sufficient to meet tourist needs – we are not in the city! If you like to walk we offer the possibility of various excursions, on foot (15/20min) you can also reach the characteristic village on Lake San Mamete, where you will find most of the useful services (shops, bars, restaurants). Guest access The public swimming pool is open from June 7 to September 30, every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. It is reserved exclusively for children under 12.
