The house is fully self contained with full kitchen, laundry, dining and living areas as well as outdoor setting and deck. Suitable for 8 guests (any combination of king or sinlge beds) to feel at home in comfort with 3 couches. 65" Smart TV in the lounge & 40" TV in the master bedroom. High speed wifi. Managed by Botanic Apartments, Warrnambool. The space The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and entertain. Equipped with a 4 burner induction stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of pots, plates, cutlery and utensils. Complimentary coffee & tea in addition to a Nespresso coffee machine with pods provided. Large lounge/dining areas and an outdoor entertaining area. Use of electric BBQ on request. Sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms with the option for multiple roll away beds with advance notice. Standard set up is 4 king beds (each can be split into 2 long singles with advance notice). Cot, high chair and baby bath can also be provided. We supply all bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. Spare pillows and blankets are located in the wardrobes of each bedroom. Electric blankets also provided. Comes complete with 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser and soap. Free, high speed WiFi via the nbn.
