Nestled in the foothills of Western, Central Maine in Fayette. This is a charming bedroom stay in a two story cape. Large back yard with firepit and room to spare. Queen bed quaint bedroom with full access to house and yard. Hosts grew up in area and can share beautiful places to visit or hike or restaurants in the area. I work from home to ensure a comfortable stay. You will love this centrally located area within a 30 minute drive of the mountains or 1 hour from the coast. The bedroom is located on the second floor. There is a railing on the stairs and a gate to make sure the dogs do not bother the guests unless they would like them too. It is an average size room with a queen size bed. It has its own window mounted AC unit, a fan is available as well as a small heater if needed. Extra blankets, pillows and a change of bedding for longer stays is also available. The guests will have access to the entire home except for my office and our bedroom. There is a single bath that is fairly large but we can work out any challenges if guests need to go to work at a particular time etc. Keurig coffee maker with coffee, bottled water, microwave, pots, pans, stove and refrigerator are also open to store your food or cook while you are here. I work from home in an office, but can be available for any questions or concerns. We have grown up in Maine so can be helpful with places to visit and things to do. We can be as interactive as the guest wishes. Nestled in the foothills of central Maine Fayette is a small town with access to Farmington, Auburn or Augusta. Scenic Mountain views nearby and places to swim within a short drive. Free parking onsite, you should have a vehicle to get around as this is rural living and no public transportation or Uber.
