The apartment is located 1 min from the slopes and the main access to La Grande Motte. The apartment has two separate bedrooms (enclosed cabins on the mezzanine). The space Entrance hall with separate kitchen Bathroom and separate WC Living room with sofa bed, TV, and dining area South-/west-facing balcony with a lovely view of the mountains Upstairs (duplex level): • One cabin with a 140 cm double bed • One cabin with bunk beds • One single bed on the landing Beds are provided with duvets. Linen is not included. It can be rented (sheets + towel + bath mat set and dish towel), delivered to the apartment. Guest access The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Other things to note The rental price takes into account that guests follow a few simple rules before departure. A professional cleaning is carried out after each stay, but to help keep the apartment pleasant for everyone, we kindly ask you to: • Remove all trash and bottles and place them in the designated containers outside the building. • Wash and put away dishes, pots, and pans. • Leave countertops and the dining table clear and clean. • Return furniture and items to their original place if they have been moved. • Make sure floors and rugs are free of food or dirt – vacuum if necessary. • Take all your personal belongings with you. Note: If the apartment is not left in accordance with these rules, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees.
