This charming cottage is all yours! Close to OSU and Corvallis, this 3 bed, 1 bath home is fully furnished with a kitchen, living room, dining area and washer/dryer! One King, and 2 queens with window AC units. Enjoy a meal al fresco on the covered patio or curl up on the couch with a movie. Is great for students during interim, visiting families, and working professionals. Available for short term or long term monthly stays. Please inquire for longer stay rates. The space A private home, you'll have the whole place to yourself. (Remember to respect the neighbors!). One King bed and 2 queens spread out thru out the house, bedrooms have no shared walls. Perfect when you have loud sleeper travel mate! Spacious living room to hang out, watch your favorite movies or play games. 2 couches that fully recline into sleeping twins. But, that's not the only hang out! Outdoor back patio is covered overhead, clear glass to enjoy the evening sky, with patio lights to enjoy seeing your company! BQ too! Large back yard if you brought a furry friend. One full bathroom. Laundry in house. All linens, towels, shampoo conditioner and body wash provided so no need to drag it along! Guest access You have access to the whole house and backyard Other things to note Extra Guests: The listing is priced at two people, each additional overnight guest is only 20 pp/nt. This helps us keep it low for all the 2 person travelers, but flexible for adding others if needed. When you enter the correct number of travelers, it will give you the correct pricing Enhance Your Stay Today! Add an early check-in ($25), grab a late check-out ($25), bring a second pet ($40 IF APPLICABLE), reserve the entire driveway ($10/night IF APPLICABLE), grab a pack-n-play ($10), and/or have exclusive use of the backyard ($10/day IF APPLICABLE). Interested in hosting a gathering/event? Ask us! Pricing is dependent on total guest count. *****Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we're not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. If you're interested in any of these please inquire to their availability and note a small rental fee to cover delivery, pickup, and cleaning after use will be charged.
