The Barn Door - a unique accommodation experience

The Barn Door is a beautifully renovated open plan living space suitable for couples or small families. From it's humble beginnings as a machinery shed on the property, The Barn Door was renovated and extended to be become a stylish open plan living space with polished concrete floors and large windows. The space *LIVING AREA The open plan living area offers polished concrete floors, a wall mounted 65" Samsung 'The Frame' smart TV, a sitting area with swivel leather arm chairs, trolley bar cart, record player with a selection of records and a quality Bluetooth Soundboks speaker. There is also a fold out lounge which can be made up as a queen bed on request. *KITCHEN The kitchen looks out across the hinterland valley and offers a stove, oven, dishwasher, Fisher & Paykel double door fridge with water & ice dispenser and a dining table. *BEDROOM Upstairs is an open plan space carpeted space with a deluxe KING size bed for you to enjoy. Lush gowns are supplied for your comfort. *BATHROOM The spacious bathroom offers a freestanding claw foot bath, separate shower and toilet and a sliding door that leads out into the gardens. The combined washer/dryer is also available in this space. *OUTSIDE Enjoy the subtropical north coast climate on the outside deck area complete with a Webber BBQ and outdoor setting. Or take a seat around the fire bowl out on the front lawn and enjoy a crackling fire under the stars. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Barn space and surrounding gardens. The main house is 100 meters further down the drive so is completely private. Other things to note IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking.
