Private space in independent building with bathroom

This small but characterful double room is in our backyard in the middle of a residential area. No mountain view but a friendly welcome, a lovely bed, a relaxed chair and your own bathroom overlooking the garden. It is a QUIET place, and therefore NOT for party animals. Ideal to interrupt your trip here. A good home made breakfast is available on request. There are NO common areas. Small private terrace. Close to Harderwijk Station. The space We have a three year old outbuilding on our own property of which we rent out both rooms. This room is the small of the two with 19m2, but if you don't have to cook, you have everything here: a nice bed, a bathroom, a comfortable sitting area, atmosphere, a kettle and coffee machine. And a terrace overlooking the garden. Guest access So you rent a part of an outbuilding. Your entrance is in the back. You have a room plus an adjoining private bathroom with access to a private terrace. There are no shared areas. There is a small fridge available. Also no TV. During your stay Do you have any questions? You can ring the bell. If we are not present, please send a message through Airbnb. Other things to note - We ask for respect as far as noise level is concerned. - We provide two breakfast options if we have time and space for, ( so not always). An extensive breakfast is available in the conservatory (also in your own room if desired) for 9.00 pp. A Grab & Go breakfast is hung on the outside door for 8,- No breakfast? Also fine. Convenient to know - we are 150m from the train and bus. From this station, there is a bus to Walibi.
