Sunset is still my favorite colour. Welcome to the one of the only private Villas on Koh Phangan situated directly on the beach. Located on Ao Bang Charu sunset beach along the south West of the island it enjoys spectacular view of Marine National Park Angthong, Koh Samui and the most stunning sunsets. The space The space 110 sqm property modern styles with balconies And out door terrace that was close to the beach with amazing sunset view. Ideally located in the hippest area of Ban Tai, guests are close to mix of electric restaurants and beach bars and can take a walk along the beach to the famous walking street on Saturday night or local food Panthip night market in Thongsala. The villas is also located on the sunset side of the island, along the west coast, so you can enjoy the unbelievable scenery and beautiful sunset panoramic over the ocean each evening. Guests also have access to our outdoor swimming pool which shared between our villas. Umbrellas and sun loungers are avilable as well as an outdoor shower. Guest access The property features 2 air-conditioned bed room for 4 guests. Commons spaces such as living room, kitchen areas do not have air-conditioning units but are equipped with ceiling and stand -alone fans as well as sliding windows with mosquito nets that can be opened to allow for air circulation. It’s ocean front terraces, expansive fully equipped kitchen and dinning area, private parking, exotic tropical gardens and most importantly it’s beach location make this property the most unique and sought after in Koh Phangan. You can enjoy a BBQ on the front terrace. Enjoy to see sunset on the roof top upstair. Or step out of the front gate directly on the beach/ ocean. The villas is perfect for all types of guests including families with children, young professionals and group of friends attending the Full Moon & Half Moon parties. Other things to note Service includes high- speed WiFi, Flatscreen smart TV, full equipped kitchen , parking and all listed furnishings. Housekeeping is provided once a week for long term and every 3 days for short term bookings. House keeping can be requested all other times at the rate 700THB per session. CCTV perimeter protection (non intrusive) Towel (2 per person) & bedding provided Kitchen facilities include bin bags and drying cloth. All kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided Kitchen item include Fridge Freezer, microwave, kettle, food mixer, electric stove Safe/ Safety Box is included Due to water shortages on the island from the 15th of April to the 15th of August, our onsite washing machine will not be available. A laundry service is available on the main road near the property. We apologise for any inconvenience. We are trying to conserve water for day-to-day guest use. A property preparation, gardening & initial cleaning charge prior to our guests arrival, is applicable on all booking at one- off charge as stated in the pricing . This is to make your arrival perfect, comfortable and homely. A baby cot (suitable up to 8 months) is available on request for a fee of 700baht per stay. Koh Phangan is a popular destination for a party goers around the moon parties . Please keep this in mind when making a reservation. Tropically the island is quieter with less people during the time when there are no moon parties . Please note that the villas has a fully fitted kitchen and is designed for self- catering. There are no on site restaurant/ bar facilities, however, there are many restaurants and bars near by.
