The property is located in an exclusive location on the popular harbor island in Offenbach, in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt. You will live directly in the first row on the water and have a unique view of the harbor basin and the Frankfurt skyline. A highlight is the 20 m² loggia, from where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The space The harbor loft and the island suite are actually designed as separate apartments, but can be combined by a common anteroom. This gives our guests more space and creates a shared accommodation that offers more space for guests, for example, while at the same time allowing everyone their own privacy. Both the harbor loft and the island suite were newly and modernly furnished for our guests in 2022. The total of about 95 m², light-flooded accommodation with large loggia / balcony is located in one of the luxurious harbor gold island houses, exclusively in the first row to the water/harbor basin with unique skyline views. From each of the floor-to-ceiling windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of the private garden and the water and/or the skyline of Frankfurt. In the style of a modern industrial/loft style, the living area of the harbor loft, with approx. 50 m² of living space and an additional 20 m² loggia, has an open floor plan: living, working, sleeping, as well as the modern cooking and dining area merge seamlessly. As a separate room there is a small, high-quality shower room with a floor-level walk-in wellness shower. A practical storage room is also separated from the open-plan living room and offers additional storage space in addition to the large built-in wardrobe. The stylish kitchen area consists of a spacious kitchenette and a modern island block with a seating counter. Here you can enjoy your food or drinks on comfortable bar chairs. In the sleeping area there is a 160 x 200 cm queen size upholstered bed. From the bed you have a fantastic view of the harbor basin and the Frankfurt skyline. In the work area there is a desk with upholstered chair and lamp. A special highlight of the harbor loft is the spacious loggia, from which you have a unique panoramic view over the water to the harbor stairs and the skyline. Here you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets with a skyline panorama. Starting from the harbor loft, you can reach the island suite via a corridor. Here is another bedroom with a work corner and separate dressing room as well as a spacious and high-quality daylight bathroom. The bedroom of the island suite is equipped with a 180 x 200 cm king-size upholstered bed, a small bedside table with shelf and bedside lamp and a functional real wood desk with upholstered chair and lamp. In a separate dressing area there is an open and freely accessible wardrobe. A practical and rollable serving trolley - equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee cups, water and wine glasses for a little enjoyment - is also available here. The spacious master bathroom en suite offers a floor-level wellness shower with a Raindance head shower and additional hand shower as well as a bathtub. There is a large mirror surface and continuous storage space, soap dispenser and toothbrush mug and the stylish Malibu dresser provides additional storage space. The property is equipped with a modern air circulation system, with pollen and dust filters, and a water filter. All windows have high-quality, electric venetian blinds. Translucent and darkening curtains provide an additional feel-good factor. There is also underfloor heating that can be individually adjusted for each living area. The entire property has fast Wi-Fi access with over 500 Mbps, making it ideal for demanding work in the "home office". Bed linen as well as towels, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel will of course be provided during your stay. On request, I can provide you with a small, lockable cellar. By arrangement, our washing machine can also be used for a small fee. An underground parking space, which is located directly under the island house and from which you can reach the accommodation directly by elevator, can be rented by prior arrangement.
