Description
In this unique and peaceful place, it is easy to relax and telecommuting is also possible. The small house has one large room, a kitchen, laundry facilities and a wood-fired sauna. The train is conveniently accessible and there is free parking for the car. The house is in a quiet residential area in a charming courtyard surrounded by a beautiful garden. The railway station is 300 m away, from which there are good train connections, e.g. Tampere (25 min.), Helsinki (approx. 2 h) and Jyväskylä (approx. 1 h). The space The house has one large room, a kitchenette, a bathroom/toilet and a sauna, a total of 44 m2. The room has a double bed (width 120 cm) and a high-quality sofa bed (width 140 cm) and a dining table for four people. The terrace, yard and garden are free to use, but shared with me. There is also a campfire place at the back of the garden and a playhouse in the front yard. The use of the wood-heated sauna is agreed separately. The sauna fee is 20 euros. I have seven years of experience as a grandmother. Children are also warmly welcome and in addition to the playhouse and a small sandbox, you will find all kinds of childcare-related items such as a travel cot, high chair, toys and a bathtub. Other things to note Breakfast can be ordered at an additional cost of 8 euros/person. Special diets should be notified 2 days before the start of the stay. I have built the house and designed its interior. The house is part of my home and I hope it will be treated nicely. I live in the same yard in a 1930s house, which I have renovated with respect for the old. I take care of the yard and garden and I wanted to create a beautiful place to stay and relax in the garden. In the yard there is a garden shed made of materials from an old outbuilding demolished from the plot. The construction of the rental house has also been partly done with old building materials, e.g. demolition bricks.
