The house has 12" thick insulated walls to keep you comfortable throughout the year. Every drop of water originates from our rain catchment system. The water then passes through a double filtration system before use. Mindfulness of this precious resource is another aspect of being on an Eco property. Your gratitude of Nature will increase and integrate into your consciousness. Eco-House features: Delicious, soft rainwater, grey waste-water system (no septic or sewer), alternative, highly efficient electric toilet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire casita, the front patio, the parking areas and driveway. The property is wild and natural. We ask that you only explore on the areas we have designated. There are many hiking trails in and around Bisbee. The upper house and garage area are private and may not be approached.
