Lovely, comfortable, pristine 160 m² fully air conditioned cottage with separate guest quarters overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Less than 10 min walk (1km)to charming Alassio pedestrian-only street (budello) & Alassio beaches via the quaint pedestrian-only 'mule road". Covered outdoor dining, fully equipped kitchen. Private garden spaces just for you to relax & enjoy the incredible view. Cottage overlooks the entire Alassio Gulf of Sunshine. Private parking & easy free street parking. The space This newly renovated cottage is situated in a large garden overlooking the Mediterranean. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed and armoire and ensuite bathroom. The guest suite, just up a cobblestone path from the cottage, has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed; and one with a king size bed and armoire. The cottage has a generous dining area and living area with a full kitchen with dishwasher, 2 half refrigerators, freezer, and an array of cooking utensils for the serious cook. There is a covered loggia (terrace) right outside the cottage door with a table for outdoor dining. There is a daybed in the living room, which can sleep two people, this means the cottage and guest suite can sleep 6 to 8 people comfortably. The guest suite has two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The cottage has one bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. There is a spiral staircase from the cottage down to the garden and a set of stairs to the driveway and the road. You can also access the house via the cobblestone path around the church. The separate guest suite is just beyond the cottage by about 4 meters up a small cobblestone path. There is a generous driveway that can accommodate several cars. It is a narrow ramp to it so it is easiest if you back your car into the driveway. There is usually ample street parking in front of the property, and parking at the church and up the street at a public parking area. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole garden, their own covered loggia (terrace) and driveway. The garden, loggia and driveway are for their own private use, only gardeners, caretakers will occasionally access for maintenance. The driveway is large and can accommodate several cars, however the entrance is narrow. We recommend backing your car into the driveway for best access. There is usually ample street parking in front of the house and a public parking area just up the road. Other things to note The cottage and guest suite are separated by a short, small cobblestone alley. It is extremely quiet and rarely traveled but it is a public alley. The guest suite is suitable for adults and older children but very young children should sleep there with adults there as well. For example parents can sleep in one room and young children in another room. The cottage can accommodate parents in the bedroom and young children in the sleep sofa in the living room. The terrace on the roof of the cottage is not part of the rental (it belongs to the private residence next door.) The hot tub is not part of the rental.
